When contacting us, please provide:

• If underlay is required

Looking for something bespoke? Visit our showroom — we're happy to help.

• Vacuum regularly using a suction-only vacuum. Avoid brush attachments.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
• Use a professional rug cleaner for deep cleaning only.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• If using on hard floors, we recommend an underlay to prevent slipping and wear.

For online orders, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know if you’d like to return an item for any reason, and another 14 days to send it back. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return. Please return items in their original packaging, in good condition, and provide your order number or receipt. If the item is faulty, we will extend the returns period to 30 days.
